This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout Grouptivity governing Grouptivity's use of personally identifiable information about users of our Site and users of our services (including groupMail) and/or software that is available for download on this Site.

1.Information Collected

1.1 Personally Identifiable Information. You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, in certain sections of this Site and when you download our software or use our services, we may invite you to contact us with questions or comments or request information, provide us with feedback, or complete a profile or registration form. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and other contact information that you voluntarily transmit with your communication to us. Grouptivity stores, processes and maintains your messages, contact lists and other data related to your account in order to provide services to you.

1.2 Recipient's Information. In order to send a 'groupMail' to recipients through Grouptivity services, we require that you submit to Grouptivity a current, valid email address for each recipient. When you send a groupMail to recipients through our service, we collect and retain the email addresses or other pertinent contact information of the recipients. When we send messages to you or others, we may provide a URL link to the Grouptivity service that contains an alphanumeric identifier, which allows us to identify the person to whom we sent the message so that we can personalize our content for that individual.

1.3 Cookies. We may place cookies on your computer to optimize your experience by ensuring that the most relevant information, promotions and offers are displayed to you while using the Site. Cookies are strings of text and numbers that can identify your computer to us when you visit our Site or sites of our service distributor, and which may be correlated with your personally identifiable information in our log files Grouptivity wants to.

1.4 IP Address. The Site may track the total number of visitors to our Site or sites of our service distributor, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, browser type, meta data, operational meta data, and other data related to the Site such as IP addresses, which is a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider, along with the URL from which you came to our site and the URLs visited on our site. 2. Use of Information Collected

If you use our reminders service, we use the information you provide in your reminders to send it to you and others to whom you have requested it be sent.

2.4 IP Addresses. We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site and otherwise provide our service to you.

2.5 Providing Services. Grouptivity services include relevant advertising and related links based on the IP address, content of messages and other information related to your use of our services. Grouptivity processes the information in your messages for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, delivering advertisements and related links, preventing unsolicited bulk email (spam), backing up your messages, and other purposes relating to offering our services to you.

3. Disclosure

3.1 Third Party. We may provide your personally identifiable information and the data generated by cookies and the aggregate information to the vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our services to you. For example, we may provide your personally identifiable information to our third party licensors and hosting providers to provide access to this Site and services to you. 4. Children's Privacy. Grouptivity recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Grouptivity does not target its services or this Site to children under 13. Grouptivity does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. By using this Site and our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by Grouptivity, we cannot guarantee complete security of such information.

7. Opt-Out and Correction.

7.1 Opt-out/Delete/Deactivate. Grouptivity does not give you the opportunity to remove your information from our database, although you may elect to discontinue use of our service. If you are not a registered user but are a recipient of a groupMail, you may unsubscribe from a particular sender by clicking on the appropriate link in the groupMail. Each communication we send to you, other than communications sent to you for the sole purpose of addressing a technical or operational issue regarding the Grouptivity service, will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further communications from us.

7.2 Correction. You can request access to correct your personally identifiable information by contacting us as specified below. You may correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. Grouptivity reserves the right to verify your identity before granting access to this information or making corrections, and reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not confirm their identity to Grouptivity's satisfaction.
